Man indicted in fatal hit-and-run crash in Niles

Wayne Keeley has been indicted by a Trumbull County Grand Jury for aggravated vehicular homicide in the Oct. 4 crash that killed Brenda Hibbard, after he allegedly fell asleep at the wheel and panicked when he woke up.
