An indictment issued Wednesday and unsealed Thursday in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio charges Lamar Chatman, 53, with single counts of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a person convicted of domestic violence; possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine; and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
