Family files lawsuit against Royal Caribbean after passenger’s death ruled homicide

The family of a California man who died aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise last year has filed a wrongful death lawsuit accusing the company of over-serving him alcohol and using excessive force that they say led to his death.
