Hidden Valley Ranch part of recall in Ohio, PA, other states over ‘foreign objects’

Ventura Foods has recalled over 3,500 cases of salad dressing due to the presence of “black plastic planting material” in the dressing’s granulated onion, which could lead to temporary and adverse health consequences.
