Judges recuse themselves from former clerk’s lawsuit

Claiming a conflict of interest, the judges of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court has recused themselves from a civil lawsuit filed by Jennifer Ciccone against Giant Eagle and Timothy Lucas.
