Trumbull County Assistant Prosecutor Chris Becker confirmed Friday that a Trumbull County grand jury declined to indict the officer involved in the death of 31-year-old Jason Cain. The grand jury’s decision came after hearing two days of testimony and evidence in the case. They were presented with 13 witnesses.
