Mikklo I. Delgado, 23, of Youngstown, entered pleas of not guilty Tuesday at his arraignment in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court before Magistrate Ross Smith to charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, aggravated robbery, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation and tampering with evidence.
