The Youngstown Phantoms will be holding their first-ever sensory-friendly hockey game on Sunday, sponsored by the Abilities Unite Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, with reduced music and volume, consistent lighting, and around 600 guests from local boards of developmental disabilities.
