Troopers kill suspect in highway road-rage stabbing that left 1 dead, 3 hurt in Virginia

Two people are dead, including the suspect, and three others are hurt after a Sunday road-rage stabbing on Interstate 495 in Fairfax County, according to Virginia State Police.
