The Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities held an Employment Appreciation Dinner to recognize the employers of people with disabilities in the county, featuring a special guest speaker and music from Kitrael Chin, the Director and Founder of Hearts For Music Special Needs Orchestra.
