OVI Task Force cites 10 drivers for OVI at West Side checkpoint overnight Friday

The Mahoning County OVI Task Force operated an OVI checkpoint on Friday in the 1500 block of Mahoning Avenue from 10 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday.
