Gov. Mike DeWine (R-Ohio) and Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, were in Dublin to announce the expansion of DeWine’s signature OhioSEE program, which provides free eye exams to elementary school students.
