NILES, Ohio (WKBN)- Niles is receiving $400,000 in federal money for an electric project. The money comes from the Appalachian Regional Commission through its POWER Initiative program. The project will help expand power capacity on the city’s West Side, making industrial areas more attractive to new businesses.
