Nonprofits raise concerns about Ohio bill to create domestic violence offender registry

House Bill 846, sponsored by Reps. Phil Plummer (R-Dayton) and Cecil Thomas (D-Cincinnati), would require people who are convicted of domestic violence and have at least one domestic violence conviction to register for a public database, similar to the sex offender registry.
