’30 years ain’t justice’: Family reacts as sentence handed down in fatal Youngstown shooting

Jonthony Altreche, 21, received the sentence from Judge Maureen Sweeney following guilty pleas April 27 to charges of involuntary manslaughter, a first-degree felony; improper discharge of a firearm at or into a liquor controlled premises and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, both third-degree felonies; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and a separate bill of information to a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
