Ribbon cutting for new Youngstown dog park

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- The Valley’s newest dog park will open on Friday in Youngstown. The ribbon will be cut at Noon at the new dog park at Borts Park. The park was paid for with American Rescue Plan money.
