Former Ohio couple now living in Africa accused of defrauding Medicaid of $9 million

A couple who used to live in Powell is facing a dozen felony charges and is one of 10 Ohio cases under investigation for allegedly defrauding Ohio’s Medicaid program of more than $9 million.
