Judge dismisses felonious assault charge over late evidence, blames Youngstown Police Department

Judge Maureen Sweeney dismissed the second-degree felony charge against Marques Jones, 28, who also faced third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
