D’Andre Douglas, 18, faces two counts of first-degree felony attempted murder charges and two second-degree felony counts of felonious assault with three-year firearm specifications, a fourth-degree felony charge of carrying concealed weapons and a fourth-degree felony charge of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
