HOWLAND Twp., Ohio (WKBN)- Part of Mines Road in Howland Township will have lane restrictions starting on Friday. It’s all due to a resurfacing project. This will be from State Route 46 to Stillwagon Road. Work is expected to be completed the week of August 31.
