Driver who slammed into LA Metro bus was impaired by drugs, faces murder charges: DA

Second-degree murder charges have been filed against the driver accused of slamming her car into a Metro bus in Chatsworth on Tuesday, killing two people, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Thursday.
