Family of student hit during Prom Promise event sues Girard schools, PD and FD

The lawsuit was filed Friday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court by the family of Jeremiah Hunter: mother Tina Hunter, father Ash Tolbert and brother Josiah Hunter.
