Federal complaint alleges Newton Falls man hacked accounts for sexually explicit images

Jalen Stringer, 23, was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carmen E. Henderson on charges of receipt of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct; distribution of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual activity; and possession of child pornography.
