Ingram was arrested after a criminal complaint said he made threatening statements toward President Trump and members of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, commonly known as ICE.
The affidavit was filed Thursday in the U.S. Western District Court of Pennsylvania as part of the case against three men indicted March 24 by a federal grand jury.
