Current Ohio law allows 17 year olds to get married under certain circumstances, and in January, state Sens. Bill DeMora (D-Columbus) and Louis Blessing III (R-Colerain Twp.) introduced Senate Bill 341 to repeal that law and set the legal marriage age firmly at 18.
