Bill would hold opioid recovery houses responsible

Ohio Reps. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) and Dontavius Jarrells (D-Columbus) said that while most addiction recovery houses do good, essential work in communities ravaged by drugs, too many bad actors have learned how to game the system.
