Patrick Havas, 38, of Canfield, pleaded not guilty before Judge Molly Johnson in Mahoning County Area Court in Canfield to two counts of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, inducing panic, a first-degree misdemeanor, and a fourth-degree misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
