A man from Leavittsburg drew the ire of a Trumbull County judge during his sentencing Thursday for running from police.

Thursday marked a milestone for a housing project by the Youngstown Development Corporation in Mahoning County (YNDC).

Elspeth McKeag received the sentence from Judge Marty Nosich following a guilty plea May 19 to a charge of vehicular manslaughter, a second-degree misdemeanor.
