Coroner issues ruling in fatal Boardman house fire

The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office said that Steven Soriano, 47, died of smoke inhalation and thermal injuries after a fire broke out about 12:55 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 3900 block of Risher Avenue.
