Effort to eliminate property tax in Ohio short of signatures with just about 60 days left

Organizers of an effort to abolish all property tax in Ohio revealed on Thursday that they are short of the number of voter signatures they need to get the question on November’s ballot and less than halfway to their ultimate goal.
