The 38th annual Ohio Peace Officers Memorial Ceremony will honor four officers who were killed in the line of duty, including Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper Nicolas Cayton. The event will take place at the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy in London at 11 a.m.
