Feds charge food service worker with bringing contraband into local private prison

The complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. Northern District of Ohio charges Penny Bogan, 52, with one count of attempted possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, 2240 Hubbard Road.
