Former utility commissioner offers advice on how Pennsylvanians can save on their power bills

As the temperatures fall, those electricity bills are on the rise, but Pennsylvania has it better than a lot of other states because customers here get to shop for their power suppliers, but too many of us aren’t shopping and leaving money on the table.
