O’Connor was shot and killed after he pulled over a reported erratic driver in West Caln Township. As O’Connor was approaching the vehicle, the driver opened fire, fatally hitting O’Connor, State Police said. The driver then got out of the vehicle and fatally shot himself, State Police said.
