Grand jury returns no bill for man found in house during search warrant

The grand jury issued a no bill for Levonte Scott, 25, who had charges of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, bound over from municipal court after an Oct. 7 search warrant was served at a South Side home.
