Craig Washington, 32, entered a guilty plea Thursday to a charge of possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony, for a June 20 arrest by Youngstown police during a traffic stop. In that case, the attorneys are recommending a sentence of three to four-and-a-half years in prison.
