Man pleads guilty in Coitsville crash that put woman in the hospital

Chael Soto, 39, pleaded guilty Friday before Judge Anthony Donofrio to aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony, and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
