Man who served 9 years in prison on robbery charge indicted by feds on gun, drug charges

An indictment unsealed Monday in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio charges Brian L. Simmons with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and three counts of distribution of controlled substances.
