A Trumbull County grand jury returned a secret indictment Wednesday, charging Jeremiah Rodriguez, 32, with 11 felony counts of gross sexual imposition, two counts of rape, one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and failure to register.
