The Springfield City Commission has approved a new emergency resolution for federal law enforcement members as it is anticipating a heavy U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) presence soon. This comes as the expiration of Temporary Protective Status for the Haitian migrant community is rapidly approaching.
