Kelly Wiseman, 51, received the sentence from Judge Anthony Donofrio in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on five counts of felonious assault, all second-degree felonies, as well as third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence and discharging a firearm at or into a habitation.
