A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 10 a.m. Wednesday for Trumbull and Mahoning counties, and from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 11 a.m. Wednesday for Mercer and Columbiana counties. Wind chill values are expected to be around -15°F to -20°F on Wednesday morning.
