No April Fool: Man asks for more time at sentencing — and receives it

Kenneth Newton was pleading guilty to two fourth-degree felony counts of assault and a single count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, for a Feb. 6 attack on two deputies while he was an inmate at the Mahoning County jail.
