Numerous roads in Pennsylvania closed, speed and vehicle restrictions in effect

A number of Pennsylvania roads are closed due to flooding, crashes and downed trees, and a number of speeding restrictions have also been put in place, according to the Pennsylvnia Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
