Ohio legislation would require in-person sports betting, ban parlays and prop bets

Republicans in the Ohio Statehouse have proposed a pair of bills that would limit which kinds of sports bets could be placed and would eliminate mobile betting, requiring all wagers to be placed in person at one of the state’s authorized casinos.
