YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- Nightmare in Niles, Penguin City Brewing Company and other businesses have teamed up to present the Steel City’s first-ever Holiday Haunt. Taking place downtown at Penguin City, guests will experience a haunted maze, enjoy vendors and see Krampus himself. A Sunday brunch will be held without any scare actors.
