Raheem Satterthwaite, 36, was booked into the Mahoning County jail on third-degree felony counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, being a felon in possession of a firearm and tampering with evidence; fourth-degree felony counts of assault, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons and resisting arrest; and a fifth-degree felony count of obstruction of official business.
