Residents of House of Loreto nursing home in Canton are in ‘real and present danger,’ must relocate, court rules

A Stark County judge has granted Attorney General Dave Yost’s request to immediately close a Canton nursing home, due to mismanagement Yost said is putting residents in “real and present danger.”
