Swalwell backs off case against Pulte in mortgage fraud fight

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) on Friday dropped his lawsuit against Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte after Swalwell was accused of mortgage fraud.
