Trail mix sold at Meijer in Ohio, other states recalled: FDA

The FDA has issued a recall of Frederik’s by Meijer Vanilla Bourbon Trail Mix 9 oz. due to the presence of undeclared wheat and soy, which could cause serious or life-threatening allergic reactions.
